  • i am alternating carbs this week, like yesterday i did 75 carbs and today im doing regular well still under but higher than yesterday, then tommorow lower, and then obviously on thanksgiving regular. Its my first time rotating, so u think it works well? Is this something u do often?
  • u should always do a carb with a protein! So i do apples or bananas with organic peanut butter or walnuts, almonds, pumpkin seeds, even low fat cheese. Or low fat Yogurt with fruit and nuts.   • i hear you! Tall people dont understand how much 5 lbs can make a difference on our bodies! My SIL is 6 ft even and when she was pregnant she gained like 40 lbs and u couldnt tell at ALL! Me just gaining 10 lbs i look like a completely different person!

  • if u like to dance get some dance workout videos or if u have exercise on demand they have some as well. kickboxing, u could get a step and do step aerobics, i dont know how ur knees are but plyometrics (jumping) is amazing cardio!

  • i would say best is protein especially if ur weight training becuz its necassary for building muscle, u have to feed the muscles i think my trainer said lol. I want to say ur supposed to eat as much protein a day as ur goal weight.
