We used to have two scales, one downstairs and one up, and I always used the one up. One time out of curiosity I used the one downstairs--I was five pounds heavier! No matter the weight I gained or lost, the one downstairs was always five pounds different. So, needless to say, I preferred the one upstairs. Now all…

So true! I'm down to one Diet Coke per week--and I look forward to it as a treat all week!

When I worked at an office whenever I had to use the bathroom I would go to one on a different floor instead of my floor. Don't know if this is an option or not for you, but with the amount of water I drink, it added up to walking seven or eight flights a day.

I'm doing SI6 right now, and I usually do maybe 20 minutes or so on the treadmill (walk/jog) or elliptical trainer 3 or 4 times per week in addition to the videos. Don't think it's necessary or required for the program; I just like to have a little more cardio and burn a few more calories!

Hi merrfinney, I'm doing SI6 as well....I started 5/26 so am on Week 2. So far, so good! It's repetitive, but from what I've heard by people on the BB forums, pretty effective. I work out on WOWY too...my username is mer155 there as well. Please add me as a buddy if you'd like! Mer
