Calories in vs. calories out will help you lose weight. The type of calories you eat and when you eat them will help change your body composition. If you eat a banana and it's within your calorie count, you will lose pounds. If you eat a banana right before or after a workout and it's within your calorie count, you will…

Somebody may have already suggested this: 2 Strawberry Cream Cheese laughing cow wedges, plain greek yogurt (or strawberry), some almond milk, and fresh strawberries - blend. A strawberry cheesecake smoothie! I add ice to make it more frozen.

These all sound amazing and easy. May make a few changes to cut down on the calorie count. I'm not training hard right now so I've had to cut back on protein and carbs for a bit. Thanks for posting.

I've made these with black beans instead of chic peas. They were OK. I like the addition of peanut butter. And I'm definitely going to try the chic peas and see if I like them better. Did you made these in an 8 x 8 or a 9 x 13 pan? Thanks for posting!

I started with this recipe I call breakfast egg stuff (because my creativity is lacking). I put this in the recipe builder. Each "egg thing" comes out to 45 cals. Here's the…

I am not an expert, but when I experienced similar pain, my trainer had me stretch my quads and hamstrings a few times daily (at least 3 x's/day). Hold each stretch for a count of 10 slow counts. Stretching your calves and shins may help as well (point your toe straight and hold, then flex your foot and hold). I also…

Easy! 1/4 c. skim milk 1 container (usually 6 oz) non-fat greek yogurt Any fresh berries that you desire 1 - 2 tsp splenda (or sweetener of your choice) If the berries are frozen, you are a step ahead of the game. If they aren't you may need to add some ice to make it more shake like. First I add the berries with splenda…

For me, BCAA's work better after a workout. You need to find out what works for you. I take the pill form. I also do a protein drink to help with recovery and soak in an epson salt bath. With your fusion you need to be really careful. As a reminder, do a few minutes of cardio to warm up your muscles, take about 10 minutes…
