Totally agree! I couldn't take the pill due to migraine,/blood pressure/weight gain issues. The Mirena works for me. This would be your best choice. On days that you do cleaning over and above your normal daily cleaning/chores, then certainly log that. (Like climbing up and down a ladder repeatedly to get the cobwebs down).
