Ha! Im a recent C25K grad and I had/have the same feeling. And Im not little either. I think its our bodies trying to tell us that it is happy! Congrats and good luck! Give me an add if you want. I'm continuing on to the 10k training program soon. Just working on getting my time down and distance up a bit first.

My goal is still 78 lbs away. Anyone can feel free to add me. I'm quite active on the site and log in daily. I track my food daly and I am in week 4 of the Couch to 5k.
