  • Oh I'm sorry, I had already calculated the 15% in there. So, 2700-405(15%)=2295. But that is me not eating my calories back. So then 1900 calories a day is basically what I consume not eating my calories back. Okay I sort of get it now. I guess I just have to test and see how things workout.
  • So my TDEE is 2300. I have been eating 1500 according to MFP calculations everyday, and eating back the calories I burn. 1500 to 2300 is a big jump, should I increase my calories gradually over time, or just start eating 2300?
  • Okay I get it now! So the fact that I am eating my calories back, I will still lose weight no matter what?! Sometimes these things are so confusing! But I am determined (:
  • My diary is now open. I signed up on MFP and when I did it on my phone it did not give me the option to have MFP to calculate my calories so I just did 1200 calories. But now that I can actually look it up it says 1530. So if I eat 1530 calories a day, and burn 500, do I eat those calories back?
  • Well I can't be in the gym very long at a time because I take care of my grandma at home. So I am only going 30-45 minutes at a time. Sometimes I do the JM workout on the same day as the gym. I am trying to burn at least 500 cals a day. I do not eat back my exercise calories, is that the problem?
