I also have that problem. I had a miscarraige in 2008 and have not been able to conceive since. I'm not really in any hurry, but I do have the problem with an irregular monthly. I strongly believe mine is the weight.

I went from couch to couch...lol jk. I'm gradually training myself and my goal is to do one next year for relay for life....takes place in june here! Can't wait, I'm so ready to accomplish something huge

black forest ham no cheese on 9 grain all my veggies and mustard, a little over 190, really good

I am the same way girl....but they are right, don't deprive yourself...you can make all your favorite things and try new things you might not even know you'll enjoy...this website has really helped me a lot and the recipes ppl put up. Sometimes we have to moderate it, but hey, it's healthier for you. Good luck!

Thanks, that was very helpful...I just assumed cutting calories and eating less would help, I guess I'm just afraid to over-eat. I'm not a vegitarian I just get lazy sometimes and don't want to cook so I try to grab something "fast".
