I started on New Years Eve and did great for the first week, had the flu all last week so didn't eat much of anything, and am starting again today. Doing great so far, just not exercising because I'm still really congested and don't have much energy yet. Going to try a walk tomorrow.

I started on New Years Eve, and came down with a cold the same day. Got over that, did really well that week. I started this week off pretty good, but then on Tuesday, I came down with the flu, 100 - 102 fever for the last 4 days, finally broke this morning, hopefully is going away. So this week I didn't do much of eating…

When they are a bit older, graduate to muffin tins. Google it, there are TONS of healthy ideas out there for muffin tin meals!

I don't see where the original poster said she was feeding her kids junk? Just that they aren't eating it all and she doesn't want it to go to waste... doesn't mean it's unhealthy... Whatever my 3 1/2 yr old does not eat goes to the chickens. They eat anything and everything.

I roast also, but don't boil first.

LOL All 4 of mine have names. We lost two of our original three earlier this year and I buried them in our old horse pasture. A friend thought I was nuts for doing that. There's no point in having a rooster unless they free range (which they would not in the city) or if you want to raise chicks. They don't need a boy to…

I convinced my husband to let me get chickens two years ago. I love my girls! I only have 4 and that is enough eggs for myself, hubby and son. They are little garbage disposals (in a good way) and so much fun. It is definitely worth it for 100+ reasons.

Mrs Dash! No salt seasonings, lots of different flavors. My current favorite is Garlic & Herb.

I stopped about 9 years ago after getting food poisoning at three different locations, three different types of subs. My husband has also gotten food poisoning from there (again, different locations than mine) and refuses to eat there. Every now and then, I kind of miss the chicken teriyaki, but really, it wasn't *that*…

I will be starting on Monday. I have a week's worth of meals planned, yay! I am going to check out a Ninja blender tonight (which I need anyway, my old blender never worked right and broke a while ago).

I am in direct sales with a food company and part of a multi-company networking group. We have two It Works! girls and while both are doing really well with sales, neither have changed physically in the 6 months I've known them... One says she uses it all the time. I think it's a great quick fix if you're going out to the…

I got money from my uncle, so I plan on buying a treadmill. Just need to do some research.

I am a stay-at-home mom and make some extra money being a consultant for Do You Bake? and Jerky Direct. Do You Bake? is sorta similar to Tastefully Simple. We have mixes, seasonings, meal solutions, etc. They are all natural, no preservatives, no msg. Jerky Direct is another direct sales company that sells ... jerky.

Thanks! That's what I'm thinking... I'm horrible at meal planning which leads to eating out, etc... I need this time to figure out what I need to do! lol

I printed this last night when I signed up for his newsletter. I can't find the book locally and Amazon takes 1-3 wks to deliver, but I'm ordering it tomorrow!

I'm loving Chris Powell's Extreme Weight Loss Home Edition dvd. Some of it may not feel like much, but I can feel it later on!

I've been loving Eggo's seasonal pumpkin waffles lately... 100 calories each. I'd love to make my own and put them in the freezer. Anyone have a good, healthy pumpkin waffle recipe? Or do I need to stock up on Eggos? lol

I'm a Lindt Chocolate R.S.V.P. consultant, so I always have chocolate in the house! I will do half of a square of an Excellence bar or 3 Lindt Thins. I think they are 80 calories for 3. Also, a Lindor Truffle is around 100 depending on which one. One is really all you need!

Right, and MFP has already taken that into consideration when they give you your calorie totals. That's why they want to know if you are sedentary, etc. I recently got a Fitbit and it is a bit of a change to get used to.

I have my own chickens. They get fresh grass and bugs on a regular basis and their eggs are healthier than what you get in the store. Yay eggs!
