You take a deep breath and let it go. Recognize you won't always have amazing will power and every once in awhile it is okay to give yourself a treat. One day - especially if you've only gone over by 200 some cals - is really not going to effect you in the long run. Besides, if you are going dancing, you'll burn it off.

I don't trust the machine either...35 minutes on the elliptical equals 400 calories according to the machine, but only about 250-300 on my watch. It's just 100 calories, but those calories can start to add up if you let them.

Thanks for the reply :) And I joined when I was pretty young, still in high school at 14 ish, so I ended up lying about my age for 4 years.

Age: 18 Starting weight: 155 pounds Current weight: 139.2 Goal weight: 117-120 Trying to lose a few pounds and tone up before I head to college in mid August... but also hoping I hit my goal weight by early June for my cousin's wedding :)
