the best suggestion is talk to your DR. I take both a diretic (laxis) and Potassium 2x a day perscribed by my DR. read my profile and you'll see why its important to consult your Dr. about these sort of questions!

Im off to the gym every morning... I usually take a chicken breast that I made from the prior nights dinner...good protein so It keeps you full untill lunch! :) add a string cheese in there also...

even after a massive stroke I didnt take health serious as far as eating healthy and excerising...I was almost back up to the same weight I was when I had my stroke and thought Im really going to do something about it!! I joined a gym, hired a personal trainer (keeps me motivated) and joined MFPI've lost 23 lbs and 7…

I do water aerobics 3 times a week. Im disabled and its a great way for me to exercise. My instructor is awesome!! she is also my personal trainer. She introduced me to this site and im totally addicted. thanks for sharing.. :)
