I need more calories without going over in fat and sugar... please help me, Im not sure what Im doing wrong. My trainer took me down to 20% fat, and Im trying to watch my sugar. any suggestions? my diary is open, thank you.. :)

My trainer had me change my macros from 40/30/30 to 45/35/20 Carbs, protein,fat..well Im having a hard time getting enough protein while trying to stay at my fat level... my diary is open and I'd appreciate the help :)

diet exercise & disabled
I am Hemiplegic on my left side, I have some movement and Im gaining more since having a personal trainer, I also do water aerobics 3x a week. I've been doing this for 4 weeks now and have made great progress, just wondering If anybody else out there in MFP Land has physical disablities also??
