My trainer had me change my macros from 40/30/30 to 45/35/20 Carbs, protein,fat..well Im having a hard time getting enough protein while trying to stay at my fat level... my diary is open and I'd appreciate the help

skip all the condiments, and swap red meats for chicken or turkey. If you can, add a protein shake for a quick boost.0
