need help

My trainer had me change my macros from 40/30/30 to 45/35/20 Carbs, protein,fat..well Im having a hard time getting enough protein while trying to stay at my fat level... my diary is open and I'd appreciate the help :)

    skip all the condiments, and swap red meats for chicken or turkey. If you can, add a protein shake for a quick boost.
