  • I trust the fitbit to tell me how many calories I've burned in a day. As to not changing weight...I actually don't check all that often!
  • Hi! ^_^ I don't think many of us actually get on here much, unfortunately. Personally, I just plain forget to check the forums. >.< But anyway, hi, and I will be watching the forums for updates from now on, I think. -Koryuu
  • Well to start, beginning again on a book of shadows isn't really a big deal. Just start writing what you do already, and as you learn new things, add those in as well. ^_^ For example, I have always said a short prayer before I sleep: that was one of the first things I wrote in my BOS. As for books...I know that a lot of…

  • We have the same end goal! ^_^ And while I'm still on my own spiritual journey (it's a never ending process, really) I would be happy to help you on yours.
  • ^_^ I tend to identify Anubis as my patron as well. I know I haven't learned as much about him as I should have, but every time I go to research more, something always stops me. So I'd be interested to hear any information that you wouldn't mind sharing.
  • Merry Meet. I am an eclectic witch/pagan/wiccan/whatever-other-word-fits-here. I've been Wiccan for...oh goddess...has it already been 10 years? I'm pretty sure it's ten... Everything I know is self taught through books and meditation, and I welcome a place where I can talk to others who are like-minded and learn more. I'm…
  • I have the same trouble. Its so easy to eat and not pay attention to how many calories you consume! ^^
  • At least yours are skin colored. ^^ Mine are purpley.
  • Bridesmaids had its moments, but I hated it overall. Crazy stupid Love...I walked out of that movie feeling like I had wasted both time and money. I did like the twist at the end, but that was the only thing I liked about the entire movie.
  • Go Wareham! That's where I am too. Well, technically I live in Onset...
  • I love my fitbit! The first one stopped charging after ten days, so the company sent me a new one! and I love it! If it will last till at least the end of the year, it will be worth the expense, I think

  • I just make sure that all the coffee I drink is earlier in the day. Then all the caffeine has a chance to burn off. ^_^
  • I actually just bought one. So far it seems really cool, but the real test will be tomorrow when I wear it to work. ^_^ All of the myfitnesspal food logs automatically import to the fitbit site, which is nice. I was hesitant about the price as well...so I bought one on ebay, new, for about 1/3 off the list price. I'll let…

  • I'm with you on this one!
  • O.o really? That's where I work! =D
  • XD I'll have to remember to ask the tourist I'm dodging if they have a heart rate monitor on them.

  • I drive through that area to get to school. ^^ Vermont has the same tourist problem as the Cape Area though. Which is why, earlier today I was wondering...does dodging tourists count as exercise?

  • I'm from the area just before the bridges onto Cape Cod. ^^ I've lived in Massachusetts my entire life, though I go to school in Vermont. One year of school left! I have six brothers and sisters, all younger. The brothers are all taller and skinnier of course. >.< Anyway, so Hi!

  • Favorite place... Onset Beach in the winter, when there aren't as many tourists. ^_^
  • I'm actually just over this side of bridge. But I work on the cape in the summer.
  • My weight does that all the time. It will be on a downspiral, then suddenly hike back up. I just keep going with exercise, and make sure I'm eating enough of the right things. A friend pointed out to me that it doesn't matter if you're under your calorie goal every day if what you are eating isn't very healthy! Keep at it!…
  • I love smileys! I use them whenever possible. My favorites are the fox ones they have for msn...
  • Hi! I don't have quite as much experience as you (nor am I a mother--but I do have six younger siblings. Does that count?) Anyway, Although our starting weights are different (I weigh more) , our goal weight is the same! ^_^ I thought that might give us a good basis for supporting each other with losing weight, if you'd…
