  • Hi, I know how you feel. I'm suppose to eat just about the same. I started last week, and weighed in the AM and lost 4 lbs. They do say if you don't eat enough your body goes into starvation mode, so eating the amount of calories is what you should do. Believe me, i wouldn't believe it worked unless I say it myself the AM.…
