I love breakfast for dinner! I make omelets a lot or the no bake pancakes or even cereal! Never thought this was weird at all! I don't usually wake up early enough to make a big breakfast, i just take oatmeal or fruit/peanut butter or like cottage cheese with me to work. So why not eat yummy breakfast for dinner!

Oh heck ya! I get way more attention now Lol. I don't think it's just people being shallow, although some for sure, but I know I hold myself differently now. I smile more at people, I carry myself better, I'm happier in general and I think that attracts more people including friends.

Anything that goes in your mouth. And with liquids, stick to water. Sodas and juice have way to much crap, calories sugars and things you don't need if your trying to lose weight.
