Eat a BIGGER breakfast! 1200 is way to low in my opinion. Try your TDEE - 20%. So for you, if you sit and do nothing (desk job) and no exercise you should eat about 2000 a day so minus 20% is 1600 a day, plus whatever you exercise off. wondering the same thing. I currently take a multi gummi lol and going to start b12 (beware, took it before and your pee will be bright! your body can't absorb it all and some will pass through so don't freak) and I need to start taking fish oil too.

Seriously embarrassed?? Thats the best show on tv! Mine is probably Charmed. I own all the seasons and can watch it time and time again. My husband makes fun of me because usually I'm more into shows like walking dead, or the office or community.

I don't unless its a random thing that I don't do often. Like for you, you clean everyday, so its not really EXTRA calories on what you usually burn. So unless you have your diary set to sedentary, there's no need to log it. Cleaning totally burns calories but I only log things if my heart rate is up.
