Sounds accurate to me. I have the polar ft4 too and burn anywhere between 250-380 for a half hr depending on my intensity. I am only 4'11 tho and around 125 pounds.

Totally, but I think it also depend on HOW much you have left to lose. I lost on average 8 pounds a month the first 5 months. BUT I also had 50-60 pounds to lose. Personally mine have faded with time. I didn't get them from kids, just from being fat :) sooo they weren't too bad just a few around my navel but I just think of them as a reminder of what I never want to be again.
