PS/ in Jillian michals new book the slim life she says that eating once a day is not only HORRIBLE for your metabolism, it also puts people at a higher risk for diabetes. Waiting all day to eat and then just eating dinner is not the way to go. Try eating every 4 hours or so

It is a lot and it was Delicious lol. I have lost over 40 pounds and went from a bmi of 32 to a healthy one. I lost way more while doing weights. I tried insanity and it was awesome but I didn't lose that much plus felt flabby. I feel more toned with weights. Feel free to look at my photos. Ehh depends. I see some people posting they burned 1000 calories an hour on the elliptical but for me thats not accurate. I burn about 530 jogging for an hour (but im small and short). Nothing, granted I still have 15 more to lose. 40 pounds down my strap size went down but nothing happened to my cups. I was kinda hoping to go back down to a B cause I went to a C when i gained weight, but o well. I don't think many women had the same experience.

I felt that way after listing 42 pounds. So I took a week off...no exercise and ate what I wanted. Gained 5 pounds lol but I don't feel burnt out anymore and I'm back on track with even better workouts! Sometimes you just need the break. I know I will be back to normal weight in no time. Good luck
