I started running using the Couch to 5K plan! It worked GREAT for me as it gradually works you up to running 30 minutes. I know there are many others on MFP that have used the C25K program as well. Yes, I completed the program in November and have run 4 5K's! I LOVE the program and highly recommend it...I never thought I'd be a runner, but my daughter inspired me to try! I am now addicted to running. Hoping to start the Bridge to 10K program this month and do my 1st 10K in March! :) You won't regret doing this…

Well, I didn't meet my goal but I did get some extra family time, so not a total bust! :) I ended December with a total of 33.36 miles! Definitely need to get back on track for January! BUT, I placed for the first time in a 5K on New Year's Eve!!! :) 3rd in my age group - YAY!!! Happy New Year!!!
