Here's a good one: Greek yogurt w/fruit and almonds. Tons of protein, good fiber, good fat. Really healthy. Easy to grab and go. I do that often with black coffee.

On diet: Wouldn't expect any extra benefit from being vegan and weight loss. It's basically calories in and calories out.
