  • I like to make oatmeal pancakes. I take about a cup of quaker oats, 2 egg whites, and about 2 cups of water. Then I blend it with a beater, you can add more water or oats to get a consistency you like. These are very filling. Adding some fruit to the mix wouldn't be bad either.
