Relax. If you continue to get loopy over 0.1-2 pounds, you are going to have a bad time.
-
Just try to take it moment by moment. I understand that is easier said than done, just do the best that you can.

Coping mechanism

Calorie deficit=weight loss Due to an unnamed chronic medical condition and the wacky approach to intake, it seems inappropriate for any further advice.

I would just like to point out that changes in lifestyle (increased exercise, better nutrition etc.) can make a significant difference in symptoms for those struggling with mild or situational depression. However, there are some individuals that struggle with more severe forms of mental illness and all the exercise in the…

This would be a better start: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/1080242-a-guide-to-get-you-started-on-your-path-to-sexypants?page=1#posts-16625920 Read it and all of the links in it.

A calorie deficit is all that is needed to lose weight and that can be done with all types of foods. Save your money.

I don't know if this is the specific article you were talking about, but it is still good and has some great info. http://www.bodyrecomposition.com/fat-loss/another-look-at-metabolic-damage.html#more-9313

Congrats. You found a calorie deficit. By the looks of your diary, you may want to hold off on giving advice to the general public.

Meal timing is personal preference. Sugar is not the devil. Unless there is a medical issue, there is no reason to eliminate specific foods. OP: Eat the foods you enjoy and experiment with new foods. Check out the recipe section here or google.

Not appropriate and not funny.

OP: Read all of the links provided for you.

I still say save your money. (Especially with a chronic illness) Your goals can be achieved without this product.

Nope. That was not my only answer in your thread. :ohwell: The links provided in this thread lay out the basics and are a good read for anybody, but especially someone who has tried everything under the sun, has multiple failed attempts at losing weight and is open to new information. (vegetarian or not)

I don't know if these have been shared with you yet, but I will just set them here. It is a ton of information and it will take a bit of time to read, but it is worth it. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/833026-important-posts-to-read…

It might be a good idea to get out of the "good" and "bad" food mindset. It is not the type of foods that make a person gain or lose weight, it is the amount. (calorie deficit=weight loss and calorie surplus=weight gain) Eat the snacks that fit into your day.

Pee? Poop? done. Juicing? Prefer to eat the fruits and veggies or blend them into a smoothie.
