I'm so confused on all the studies/research/opinions, just everything on whether caffeine is good for you or not. I know that it can be harmful to appetite control, but I just don't have an issue with that part of it. What I'd like to know is, 'Is coffee truly detrimental to your metabolism and your ability to burn fat?

Is it possible that an individual with a naturally fast metabolic rate could actually gain weight if they reduce their calorie intake when they implement an exercise plan? Sounds pretty far fetched, I know, but 'inquiring minds want to know'.

Wow! I’m very happy to see others having the same difficulties. I’m no stranger to exercise, but after a few broken bones and surgery over the past year I’m back at it again and here is the truth. I have reduced my calories to between 1200 and 1600 per day and have been very committed to weight training three days per week…
