What is metabolic syndrome? Is it real and is it serious?
I'm so confused on all the studies/research/opinions, just everything on whether caffeine is good for you or not. I know that it can be harmful to appetite control, but I just don't have an issue with that part of it. What I'd like to know is, 'Is coffee truly detrimental to your metabolism and your ability to burn fat?
Does anybody happen to know what the carbohydrate count is for Glucosamine and/or Chondroitin?
Is it possible that an individual with a naturally fast metabolic rate could actually gain weight if they reduce their calorie intake when they implement an exercise plan? Sounds pretty far fetched, I know, but 'inquiring minds want to know'.
