So the site calculator says I need 1615 calories to lose weight, so if I go by that calculator I need to eat my exercise calories?

I know it has to be water as the I get to 199.8 and then two days later I am at 204. Last week I went to 205, then back to 202, then 200 and today back at 204. I even started running and doing high intensity interval training. and nothing. Thnk I am going to have to say by bye to the scale a few days

I think I lost so fast at first every week was always at least 1 pound to two sometimes 4 or six. These last 50 are kicking my butt when I was about 225 I noticed the lowest amount I ate was 1790, and I worked out 5 days a week, some days it was over 2000 and i still lost. Now I rarley eat more than 1700

Glad to know others are struggling if I eat mroe than 1900 I am stuffed seriously it feels like I am eating too much at times. I feel really full. I am going to see about getting my bmr tested at a clinic.

yeah I wonder as I do spin at least 3 days a week and according to my hrm burn about 700 calories per class, and about 500 to 700 non spin workout days. I was eating around 1700. I am not sure what to do?

Well this is interesting my BMR is 1615. My daily calorie goal is 1530, and that is set at 1 pound loss weekly I am 200 pounds with 50 pounds before I get to the healthy weight range? I have been gaining and losing the same 4 pounds since starting mfp.

I do cardio 5 to 6 days a week so I was wondering if two to three days a week to start was enough but I Was not sure how long I shoudl do it for. I always did lower body one day and upper the next time

I never expected anyone to hand me my weight loss. I went there becuase I have no support at home, and so many of those people ther helped me. My leader has helped me too. I am also intelligent. Also my company pays the majority of the cost of ww.

I am getting certified to teach spin, and I eat well on the weekends. I do different exercises each week to switch it up. I wear a hrm, and my heart rate is in 85% to 80% of my traget rate. This was interesting but I have been bouncing back fourth with gaining and losing the same4 pounds since May. I spin three days a week and work out five days a week. I think sometimes exercise may be over caclulated so I eat most but not all. I wish i knew what my balance is to get out of the cycle

It is leaner than ground beef if you buy the 93/7 the other has the skin and dark meat ground into it. Ground chicken is another great alternative, and if you can get the butcher to grind the breast for you. I find the 93/7 to be moist but the 99% very dry. if you add veggies to it like for say meatloaf it keeps it moist.…

I have been gaining and losing th same 4 pounds since I started eating mine back, so I am starting to stop eating mine back unless I am hungry, I was eating them and I was not even hungry. Found myself eating just to be eating. So Next week I will see how it works!

Welcome and you can do it. DO not think of how much you have to lose all at once! When I hit goal I will have lost 155 pounds. But I had to look at in smal parts. First to just lose 10% then to get to the 210's, below 200, now to 180's. That makes it seem way less scary and hard! You can do it, becuase you are worth it!

I find that lowering my carbs, reduces my sugar cravings, and it depends on how mnay you are eating and how low you want to go.
