You slice your cucumbers into and put into an icecream pail. Put in alm, garlic, onion, dill, top with the brine. Let sit on the cupboard for 2 days then into the fridge. I cut them up into chunks with tomatoes, onions, maybe some green pepper, and mix with italian dressing. You could make some super easy refridgerator pickles too!!!!!!

I mix them up with some turkey or chicken and steamed veggies, sprinkle it with a little creole seasoning and pop it in the microwave until its melted. YUM!!

I have been tracking everything! So far down 17 in 7 weeks. I figure it may be a veggie but it stil has calories in it. I love avacados but if you eat a whole one its like 250 cal...the way i look at it is I would rather track and have a deficit than not track and go over my calories.
