Eh, yeah, that is what I was afraid of. I mean, I basically felt as though that was the case. It is odd though, all of the cookies (even by different distributors) show relatively low calories. Possibly a faulty transfer of info from the native language of the distributor(s) to English? I wouldn't think all of that would…

I agree, I am a bit addicted to sweets. I try to substitute sweets with a piece of fruit and then after eating the fruit, I think to myself, "Wow, why did I want that chocolate bar in the first place?" At the time though, that chocolate bar was all I could think about. Either I replace whatever it is with sweets or I do my…

Evenings are worst for me too. I've noticed ever since I've been adding a heavy workout at night I am not craving anything but a shower and bed though! :) If you don't work out at night, I would suggest maybe trying? Even if it is just 30 min walking on the treadmill. If you are strongly depriving yourself of something you…

Oh! Zumba sounds so much fun! I don't have a wii, but I have a PlayStation 3. If I were to get the move for my ps3, I wonder if that would be as good as a class...

High school. I was a freshman and he was a junior. :)

That's an amazing comparison.

About two years back I lost about 20lbs. and then gained it all plus a bit more back. Very much due to unhealthy eating habits and a lack of exercise though.

Congratulations!! 15lbs IS a huge accomplishment! Great work!

I will definitely be logging! I really want a lifestyle change as far as eating well and counting calories. Holidays always used to be an excuse for me to lag before the days of tracking with MFP. I can enjoy even the most "taboo" foods in moderation.

Definitely. Pilates and yoga DVDs by Gaiam. I just recently received a Gaiam pilates DVD set for 20$, 3 DVDs plus a resistance band!

I've been logging it at about ten minutes of calisthenics vigorous (depending if you do those parts hard or not). Then another 10 min aerobics. I'd like to calculate an estimate and then add it, but I'm not sure how. AWESOME workout though, huh?!

I notice I feel quite queasy if I eat a medium-large amount of rich, High fat/sugar foods. It's a good thing in my book though. :)

Exactly how I felt, I only had the cookies and cream though.

Beautiful!! Great job!

I'm so in! Sending you a friend request!

Well, I don't know of any websites that keep you on track besides ones like MFP, spark people etc. As far as a healthy diet and exercise, you should keep track by increasing fibrous foods like fruits and veggies, lean meats, low sodium soups etc. Eat to fuel your body, not to give in to your brain's sometimes not so…

Yoga in my opinion is just great! Of course it's up to you, whatever you find entertaining and result baring. If you're interested in yoga though, some sessions definitely give you a workout! Others are gentle and refreshing!

I'm glad that made you feel better! I know all too well how it feels when the food guilt kicks in!

Ditto lol

You ate really well today, and a cookie or two is not going to ruin your entire day of eating healthy. I honestly know how you feel, I work as a dog bather at a grooming salon, and of course the owners bring in TRAYS of cookies and candy. I did great all day that day and then at the very end I basically binged on about 6-8…
