best and cheapest exercise dvds????

right now im stuck with just the ones on the nextflix on my wii.

what are some good exercise videos that dont require a bunch of equipment all i have is a set of 5 lb weights.

i recently saw a set called the pink method on tv and it looked like what i would like doing but cant afford the $70 for it

    I recommend 20 min Windsor Pilates (amazon) and I still do my prenatal yoga DVD by shiva rea but I follow the non pregnant woman! These 2 DVDs have strengthened, tightened my whole body and suck in my belly!

    Definitely.

    Pilates and yoga DVDs by Gaiam. I just recently received a Gaiam pilates DVD set for 20$, 3 DVDs plus a resistance band!
