I'm using Herbalife too for breakfast and lunch and healthly dinner and over 12 weeks have lost just over 12 lbs which is fab for me. I am finding that using it in conjunction with MFP where I track at around 1200 cals per day, keep up my protein levels and eat back some exercise calories at the weekend works for me.

so the difference is with or without the milk. I must say that I would always count the oats and milk separately so I could measure what I had rather then the expected amount

I can only follow the theme on here already - I cannot fault WW as a way to lost weight - it certainly worked for me for many years but time and technology moves on and this free site where you are not having to covert calories to points is great. I would not consider going back again

Didnt work for me either although it seems to suit some people and you see great results. Am finding Herbalife in conjunction with calorie counting on MFP is working great for me now :)

Having paid WW, SW, etc, etc for most of my life - this beats them all for tracking, quality of database - and even the community are great

I also eat late, mostly 8.30-9.00 for main dinner. It has been suggested to me that I avoid carbs at this time because they are an energy source which is probably not needed at that time of night where I am relaxing before bed. I can see the sense in this and have replaced my potato, rice, etc with extra protein and vegs…

Cant really blame MFP for users entering inaccurately. Annoying I know and cannot understand why people continue to share their own take on the values but as the site is free I dont really mind entering my own food accurately

If you use an Iphone you can see weekly totals so I use that to know how I am doing with my weekly cals while tracking daily on PC .

I love the tip to weight something where the weight is known then leave the scale there. I believe in accuracy :)

My favourite gadgets are my Actifry, Quisinart soup maker and my Halogen oven. Since having these three items I rarely use my main oven so saving on horrid cleaning too :)

I always check against the label if I have it and rarely dont find branded items in the list. Much better than the Weight Watchers food database by the way !

I have switched from ww to mfp and think it helps me track what I am eating much more accurately. Nothing is 'free', no converting to pp, etc. I just count the calories of everything that I eat so cant go wrong really :)

Looks a nice days food but as you say, a bit light on cals. I generally have 40 g of cereal and 200g of tinned fruit for breakfast and that keeps me full till lunch. For lunch you could add some bread and perhaps a yogurt to up your cals then and for dinner I would be having a couple of veg portions and some kind of…

I have switched in the last few weeks too. My weight loss has stalled for a long time now and needed to try something new. Tracking calories has really opened my eyes to portion size and the calories contained in 'free' food on other plans. I am planning for slow and steady progress

Funny I was looking for this yesterday too. I did a bit of an average calculation and counted 300 cals for one session. Must say that this is my favourite exercise - a real good all-rounder I think and do 2 classes a week :)
