sugar in watermelon is not the same at table sugar. i don't pay attention to sugar amounts in my fruits or veggies too much.

best things are coconut water or distilled water and add a pinch of himaylain salt to each 16-20oz bottle

I would recommend brown rice pasta or even branching out if you eat a lot of it and getting a spiral cutter and use a zucchini as a sub for pasta at times.

I have a cruise march 2014. its a beachbody cruise for the coaches and trainers and i am super excited. I get car sick easy so i will def need some pills for that or i will not enjoy any of it.

thanks for the info. I already know 'fat' doesn't make you fat. I am wanting the leanest beef so I can grind my own and we need the least sat fat too just for health reasons not cause I think I will get fat :)

Even those on the tv take more rests so don't feel bad about that, it just means u are working hard. and if you can't do a move modify it :) I just got my 'earned it' shirt in the mail and I love insanity so much!!

Of the 4 different ones I have only had the regular chocolate and love it!!! I don't get cravings for chocolate anymore as I get this everyday. You might not of used the right url on photo bucket and you have to change the capital 'IMG' to lowercase ones :) Have you thought of p90x or insanity?

I love the chocolate one of the 4 they have, but it is the only one I have had :) I mix it with 1 cup almond milk about 8-9 ice cubes and sometimes add half to a whole banana and blend it all well. If you have a beachbody coach they can even send you a free sample to try before you buy :)

what i do is just post my calories burned with insanity, not add it to the exercise as then it will make it confusing since u don't eat back insanity calories.

with doing insanity u do not eat back your calories and everyone will burn different amounts of calories. I average on the first month 200-600 calories. did u get how many calories u need daily with the nutrition booklet? if u need any help feel free to message me :)
