  • each day u will burn differently. i go from about 200 for the recovery day first month to almost 600 on the days u have to do the two workouts on month one.

  • i hope i can explain in a way u will understand. lets say u lost 5lbs of fat and gained 5lbs of muscle, the scale would read the same weight but since muscle is smaller than the fat u will see inches coming off. muscle does not weigh more than fat but takes up less space for the same weight.

  • I do and i use my hrm (heart rate monitor) if u used the insanity booklet to figure your daily calories u don't eat the calories burned back so I don't log mine in my exercise but post them on my profile so my calories don't say I am under everyday.

I am almost done with week 4 of insanity and they give u a nutrition booklet that shows u how to calculate your daily calories, use it not what mfp says and don't eat your calories burned back with insanity.   • I use a HRM and don't add it to my exercise but post it as with insanity u don't eat your exercise calories so I don't want it always saying im under on my calories.

  • there is also great marinades u can use just have to watch calories and so forth in them as well but there are tons of great ones

  • I am in my second week of Insanity and I weigh, measure and take pics every 7 days so I have all I need to see my progress and keep me motivated :) And I do the measure and weigh after my workout and take pics that night.
