I just love Insanity. I done day 10 early this AM. It is a 60 day program and will kick your butt into shape. No weights or anything other than the dvds needed.

if u can cook at her home u can always make a healthier pizza for you to eat. get some soft tortillas, sauce, and the topping u would like such as: peppers, tomatoes, cheese, mushrooms, olives, etc. that way u can still have what u want and not feel so guilty. With me doing Insanity I do not eat my calories back as I used there calculations as to how many calories to eat per day. I don't add my exercise but do post in my feed how many calories I burned that day.

You eat them back cause the calories set is what u need to lose the weight. And u need to net that amount to fuel your body or it will go into starvation mode and stop losing weight. Exercising gives you more calories to eat, helps build muscle which will burn more calories at rest and help tone up your body and should…

You need to invest in a HRM (heart rate monitor) so u know how many calories u r burning. I got mine at walmart for $50. I don't know what your calories are set at but u should be eating back most or all of the calories you burn.

I keep mine on about 20minutes afterwards and get about 100 more calories burned. Your body keeps burning until the heart rate goes back down and sometimes it can take longer than 20minutes but I have to get in the shower and get up kids so that is about as long afterwards I can wear mine.

I take mine off about 20 minutes after I am done but my rate is still about 95-105 but I have to then jump in the shower and get the kids up. In those extra 20 or so minutes I usually get 100 more calories :)

if u r losing weight than it is normal for your burn to go down as when u where heavier it was more work on your body. Also make sure to wear your HRM about 30minutes after the workout is done as your heart rate will still be up and burning calories.

Do u like fruits or veggies? Grab and apple, pear, plum, banana, cucumber, etc and snack on them. Something easy to do that requires no cooking. Also make a sandwich, smoothie, protein shake, eggs, toast, brown rice. If u stay busy with the baby cook meals while the baby naps or is content playing and make enough for a few…

my first day after the first fit test I burned 600 and something. I would suggest a HRM as everyone burns differently depending on your size, how much fat/muscle u have, how hard u work, and how high your heart rate goes. walmart has them for $50

I didn't base it on either. It gave me a paragraph for both formulas with the BMRs than at the bottom says 'how many calories should I eat' it doesn't say it went with either of the formulas.

Yes please let me know how to change them as I feel 1200 is not enough for me just doing my normal stuff for the kids. And I don't eat bad foods or even try to if I can fit them in so I feel I am doing really good so far.
