Hmmm...sprint triathalons! I was a sprinter in my track days......pretty interesting. I can handle sprints! Belly Dancing sounds fun too! Thanks!!

THANK YOU EVERYONE FOR YOUR ADVICE AND TIPS....AND MOTIVATION :-) !!!! I went to an Orthopedic doctor, and yep, that's all he told me. He also told me my knees will flare up sometime, so I'll have to come in and get the fluid drawn out. $300 down the hole and still no better advice. Luckily my husband works for a football…

Don't worry...you're not alone. This is #3 again for me and I am really determined to knock off these pounds. Don't get discouraged. If you even have to put reminders on your phone.....do that :-) One thing that is helping me is looking in the "Success Stories" message board. Some of them are really really inspiring!! Best…

TV -- I do a "Walk Slim" DVD, and as long as I'm keeping up with the beat on the DVD, I can enjoy watching my favorite TV show. But if I'm at the gym (which is very seldom), I prefer music. It keeps me enthused and pumped up :)

I am on day 8 using Body By Vi and have lost 4 lbs. I replace my breakfast and dinner with the shake, and either drink it plain (2 scoops + 8oz fat free milk) and sometimes I add the flavor packets. I eat my sensible lunch, and have a plenty of snacks throughout the day. I've yet to come across a place that tells you…
