  • I'm 12lbs down and I'm just about getting to the stage where my 'usual' size is too big.
  • 4ft 10ins Thighs - 25.5in Calves - 15.5in Weight - 162.4 So yeah - awesome muscular thighs and calves from years of playing rugby and roller derby!
  • I usually gain about 3lbs - I also become really hungry for about 2 days beforehand!
  • Mine are 21', but I only have 24' legs ;) I love my 'thunder' thighs - I got hit by a moped when I was 17 and I just had bruising. I play roller derby (lots of squats...), and I run.

  • Between 1l and 3l a day. Yesterday it was 3l, but I did play a roller derby scrim. On an average day it's about 2l, being a teacher and needing the loo all the time doesn't work so well!
  • Two slices of wholemeal toast, half a tin of baked beans and some cheese sprinkled on top. Also coffee, always with the coffee. I've got a roller derby scrim this afternoon, so I'm trying to shovel away carbs!
  • I'm 4ft 10ins and the most I weighed was 182lbs whilst I was at uni. I'm currently down to 164lbs, hoping that goal weight will be somewhere around 126lbs.
