Hi, I've just started using MFP! I ideally want to lose 35lbs, any more would be a bonus! I'm just eating more healthily and a bit less, and exercising a lot more! I used to be a healthy weight for my height (I'm only 4ft 10ins) but as I got older I exercised a lot less. I'm rediscovering the exercise bug and it's great!
