Perils of being under 5ft

I know there's quite a few of you out there who are under 5ft, and I wondered if you had any advice.
I've set my goal as losing 1lb a week, and due to my height (and the fact my activity level is sedentary) I've been given 1230 calories a day.
So the questions are:
Should I up my activity level? I *usually* hit 10,000 steps a day (I tend to run or play roller derby most days of the week).
Should I eat my exercise calories back? I know they're not always accurate.
I'm not exactly struggling on 1230 calories a day (I tend to fill up on lots of veggies and lean protein) but it would be nice to factor in some treats occasionally!
TIA

Probably the best approach is to try it for a few weeks to see if you can get by on 1230 and whether you are meeting your goals at 1230. If you're losing too quickly, you could eat more.0
