Do strength training. Start out with light weights and work your way up increasing the weights. Of course also seek someone to help you with proper form. It's hard at first but then becomes SO rewarding over time. Mind over matter. Good luck!

Love weight training. I have always used free weights but now I am moving onto barbell compound lifts (deadlifts and squats).

I have a few things; - When you eat, rest your fork/spoon/whatever eating utensil you're using at least 5 times during the meal. You could try doing group fitness classes with other Moms and their kiddos. No Excuse Moms is free and you can search to see if there is a group close to where you live. http://www.noexcusemom.com/ That way you can exercise with your daughter while she is awake and get support from other moms. :) Good luck!

Cookie dough Quest bar + 1 tablespoon of peanut butter. 1. Microwave quest bar for 5-10 seconds to warm it. Cut in half 2. Get your peanut butter and put it on one piece of the Quest Bar 3. Put it together. Bam! You have a warm cookie peanut butter deliciousness!

I recommend brisk walking 30 minutes. Also do you have access to a pool/gym? Swimming is low-impact and great workout because of the resistance.
