Thats a relief to see you said that. When i attempted level one it was so difficult to complete. I would pause the video and take countless breaks just to try to keep up doing that i gotten so discouraged stopped and didn't continue. Im Starting Day 1 Level 1 Tonight. I began it a few days ago but i got so discouraged when i couldnt complete the whole workout without a break.
