You look incredible and when I am asked how I have lost the weight, I say the exact same things. :) You have done terrific!

Can't tell you how much I appreciate reading this! Seems to be just what I needed to see right now. I have been so exhausted working out twice a day at least 5 days a week and decided this week that I need to give myself a break and do my workouts more intensely at least 3 times a week. My weight loss had stalled some, but…

Yes, you should already be feeling lighter. Trust me, I know it takes time to get that much off and it's frustrating at the beginning when you can't wait for change. But hang in there it is worth it and you will see big changes coming soon!

Hi there! I live on the south side of Indy off Mann Rd and Southport. We go to Greenwood a lot. :)

I've heard I'm boney now when people hug me, but I still have more to lose and more toning to do for sure. I think you look good and anyone who's lost 100 lbs or more should be so proud as I know I feel so much better already! Congratulations to you!

HI there! I've been on MFP since last May and it has been the best tool to help me lose the weight by far! As soon as I had a reality check as to how many calories I was eating in a day, that did it for me! My husband and I have been married for 22 years this year, I am 41. Took us at least the first 8 years of our…

I didn't know there was an Indy group either, thanks for the invite!

You look wonderful! Congratulations!

You look amazing and younger too! Whether or not you lose those last few pounds, you have done an amazing job and as long you are keeping active then I say who cares about those last few pounds! Congratulations to you!

Thanks for being brave enough to post this. (does make me giggle too) But it's true! I hate that flapping thing! When I'm working out with my Wii Active 2 it's flying around, gross! I too have had 2 c-sections so that doesn't help. I've often felt sad to lose weight and still have to "hide", you know? Love to you all!

Wow! So impressed and encouraged with all these success stories! I was a 26/28, currently 16/18. It would be nice to get into an 8, but at least a 12 would do for me. :) You're all doing great!

Thanks for sharing. It is not a good feeling at all. :( Hopefully getting there too, slowly. :)

Wow! Can't even believe I'm reading this! At my heaviest up until I was 19, I weighed about 125 and wore a size 8. My family would always make comments about my weight. My mom would never keep any junk food in the house as she was deathly afraid of gaining a pound as she has always been all about looks. Well, when I met my…

I love, love, love extreme makeover weight loss DVD!

I agree. I would rather have people supporting me than judging me and I feel like the only ones who can truly do that are the ones with more similarities. We know how it feels to be overweight and how hard it is to do this.

That just about brings a tear to my eye because you don't know what that means to me! I couldn't agree more! My husband of 21 years met me when I weighed 125lbs and tells me I'm beautiful all the time even when I was over 300lbs! I am doing this for myself. My family has always put me down since I gained the weight. I…

Wow! Just look how far you've come already! That's terrific in itself! Just keep going, no matter how much you lose it's great! Losing weight and keeping it off is certainly a difficult journey that requires us to make serious lifestyle changes. Be proud of all you've accomplished thus far and keep going!

I'm so happy for you! Congrats! I think losing weight is one of the hardest things I've done in my life up to now. You are an inspiration!
