Agree with this ^ However, most people find it more rewarding to weigh in the morning. You've fasted all night (while sleeping), and thus you are probably at your lowest weight for the day. Good luck!

I can't do them all at once, I break it up into sets... 4 sets = 100 - sometimes sets are back to back sometimes I do 50 in the morning and 50 at night... :ohwell: I get them in - that's all that matters! IMHO

Try the C25K - it really does work and set little goals for you each day. I think goals are the only way I keep going... Either time or distance. Depends on the day for me, but I never start without having a goal in mind.

Loved it - didn't lose 20 lbs (didn't HAVE 20 lbs to lose) but I lost INCHES!!! - this was 2 years ago - wish I would have maintained... Good luck - I loved it - It was fun and challenging - be dedicated or it won't work the way it says. Diet is a key part.
