I'm only tracking my protein - bc I don't normally eat enough as it is. - I wouldn't focus much on calories - I would recommend setting calories manually based on conversations with your HCP

I just completed my first half marathon Sunday. (2:18:03 - and it rained the entire time! UGH I didn't train in the rain so it was very challenging.) I ran the entire time. No walk breaks. I don't do walk breaks. I also started with C25K and followed the run/walk plan in that. Since then, no walking. There is something…

You already know what to do! You did it before and you CAN do it again. Move more; Eat less. Keep your head up while you're kicking that Fat's @$$! You are awesome and have done something so many people haven't. That alone makes you a rock star! So go kick some pounds in the teeth and get back on that success board!

I *think* I added you guys - I'm "engodwin"

I'm not sure which "Sam Banks" you are when looking through the list but feel free to add me! "engodwin" I'm also training for a half - it's in August! I'm considering a full... I'm too chicken to commit! LOL

I second the music/podcasts/audiobooks. Could you find a running group to join? I find running with a partner helps my boredom and motivation. (I only run with a partner once a week - solo runs for the other 3 runs.) Some running plans - Hal Higdon, Runners World, Coach Jenny Hadfield, Jeff Galloway ^Don't try to reinvent…

Excedrin, Gatorade, and food at lot of people swear by greasy food, I would try a hearty soup and a nap ;)

StealthHealth is correct - that will not keep your streak. However, are you planning on sleeping for more than 24 hours?! I don't understand why you can't log in?

That is why there are modifications or alternative exercises for those "high level exercises." Before starting a program I could barely (on a good day) do 1 pull up... I had to modify a lot. I couldn't do push-ups either. I modified those as well. Now I can do 5 pull ups unassisted and 23 pushups unassisted - without…

Stronglifts 5x5 is a 12 week program All home workout programs are "time bound" programs - I had great results with T25 and with 30 Day Shred Insanity? P90X? P90X2or3? Hammer and Chisel? Body Beast? Body Revolution? Les Mills Pump? Combat? UFC home workout program? Train for a 5K? 10K? NROL? Starting Strength? Join a…

Strong Lifts, Starting Strength, Strong Curves, New Rules of Lifting - all great beginner programs. I would also recommend doing cardio and weights on different days.

You *can* do SL with the smith machine. You don't work your stabilizing muscles as much, but you can still make changes in your body. I personally loved the smith machine as a newbie - I felt safe and I could really work on my form. Have you looked at any other programs? NROL, SS, SL, SC, PHAT, HST, PHUL, etc? I personally…

Most folks have mentioned logging accurately and stick with the tried and true methods, but I think the bigger problem is your mindset. 110 pounds for 5'4" woman is UNDER-weight. You should probably see a mental health professional and perhaps a dietician.

I did the program. My calves were sore the first couple of days. I had just finished T25 so endurance wise I did well. Great job pushing through - take as many breaks as you need! That's actually how the program is designed - if you're not needing breaks then the program likely isn't challenging enough! For the record I…

This is what Miss @lindalee0315 was referring to I believe

put it on top of salad, on top of crackers, make any of the bazillion versions of tuna-salad, on top of cucumbers, mix into egg salad, on bread with cheese (grill for a tuna melt), add to pasta.... everything - add it to everything :)

Heart rate monitor? I know that's not what you asked but I find neither (the app nor the machines) are very reliable/accurate. I would choose the lower burn and only eat back a portion (if any).

I don't know about meeting your price requirements but... Check out "Garden Of Life" - can purchase pretty cheap on line - and a local grocery store had a sale last weekend and it was even cheaper than I can find online.

I loved speed 1.0!!! (2.0 is pretty good too) Hated??? I honestly didn't hate any of them but if I have to pick I'd probably say... Dynamic Core (beta) bc I don't feel as pumped or tired or sweaty after lol

Just nailed my 4 minutes!!!! Going for 5!
