Boiled Crawfish

I'm originally from south Louisiana but now I live in Georgia. However, I'm able to get my crawfish fix for a couple months out of the year. This weekend will be the first boil of the season for me.
I've tried looking online for calorie count in crawfish but I'm finding a wide array of different values. Can anyone point me to somewhere that would be accurate?

I don't know much about the style you eat it in in your area, but I did want to caution you to make sure to account for the sauce if you're eating it in that delicious buttery/spicy stuff.0

Done properly, they're boiled and then dumped out on the picnic table to peel and eat, as they are, right there on the back patio.0
