YouTube, Amazon Prime Videos, BeachBody, Library, Google "Home Workout" - Personally I enjoy JM and Shaun T - any workout by either of these gives me a burn and makes me sweat!

Hang "before" pictures in random places throughout your house/car/work-space, also hang motivational quotes. Get a group of folks to do it with you - people you're close to or a Fitness Trainer - that way you have accountability. Remind yourself WHY you're doing this. Journal. Walk. Do something to make yourself feel proud…
