Fitness tracker, youtube videos, home workout DVDs, library, etc - all offer ways to get you moving - pick a plan and stick to it! Eat real food and count your calories. You can do it. (I agree with others about going to the gym - you walk in like you own that place and screw anyone who says/looks on you in any way other…

You can do it! October Bride to Be here - Haven't ran anything more than a 10K I envy you girls! I would go nuts running that long - lol but I job once a week and do other workouts 5 days a week and stretch/yoga on the 7th day ;) feel free to add me. And CONGRATS!

I'm engodwin ;) add me too please

The above mentioned sites plus Pintrest is a good resource - other people have already searched the internet and made a list of healthy crock pot ideas/meals. My rule... You can put anything in the crock pot. What's for dinner tonight? I just tossed some stuff in the crock pot - it will be ready when I get home. I…

JM, Shawn T, and Autumn, are probably my favorites at the moment. But I've had a really good 10 minute fix - cardio kick or something like that I got off amazon.... Yep here it is http://www.amazon.com/Quick-Fix-Total-Cardio-Kick/dp/B001CDFXR4

Chicken enchiladas/tacos/burritos, chicken soup, all kinds of pasta dishes (Alfred, red sauce, etc.), stir fry, chicken pizza, chicken and eggs, chicken and rice casserole...
-
Me too! I need new homies who are active and winning at this thing called life!
-
I just got the misfit - so far so good - can't give you a complete review yet but it seems to be doing what I wanted (steps, calories, sleep) and it was $16 on amazon ;) Give me a week or so and then I'll know for sure.

I'm all in too!
-
I start T25 tomorrow - do you have that one? Anyone have that one and want to start with me?
-
I have sent request for all the user names listed - I'm the same there as I am here - engodwin

Me too!
-
I'm starting this for the first time on the 4th (I have a program ending on the 3rd)
-
I agree with the JM comments - she has some beginner programs. Also, if you like the BB programs, try 21 day fix or Piyo - those are more beginner level workouts (IMHO).
-
I love BBoD. It has a lot of options. (Not all of the BB programs, but enough that you shouldn't get bored!) I also have the BBoD app for the Amazon Fire TV and there are more workout programs on the app.

Well done sir. Well. Done. *standing ovation*

Hiya shorties! I'm 5'1" and 105-110 (I like brownies lol) welcome to new friends. My max weight was 120+ Doesn't sound like a lot but you all know how adding 5 lbs on such a short person really shows. :( I try to maintain activity of some sort each day and eat healthy 80% of the time.

Hummus with veggies, roasted chickpeas, spinach artichoke dip (look for a healthy or lighter recipe for this one), fruit Kabobs, taco dip (skinny version), meat roll-ups (tortilla with turkey and avocado maybe), homemade chips (baked not fried, could use sweat potatoes), deviled eggs, homemade salsa, zucchini pizza…
-
Haha not sure if that's a compliment or not but... I'll take it as so. Thank you ;)
-
Emotional eater? And tell your BF to piss off! That's not nice to say even if it is/was true.
-
Obviously some angles are more flattering than others ;)

Crock-pot meals are my friend. Prep them and toss in the freezer - put them in the crockpot in the morning come home to tasty viddles at night - make enough that you have lunch the next day. Batch cooking is also very helpful. Cook Xnumber of chicken breast (bake or grill) at the beginning of the week then just figure out…

The diet plan is horrible! & Most people should not be eating such low calories (1200) without consulting a physician. There are a few meals that I found tasty but I am not currently (or ever for that matter) stuck to this diet plan 100%.
-
Hiya! That's awesome that you have found something you love - especially after the emotional toll a bad marriage can have on someone (talking from experience!) Good luck on your journey! I'm here if you'd like to have another friend.

AWESOME!!!!! :#

Squat 100lbs 5x5 Dead lift 100lbs 1x5 OHP 40lbs 5x5 Bench 40lbs 5x5 Row 40lbs 5x5 Those are mine for the past two workouts (A&B). I know it says to add weight to the squats each time, but I wasn't ready. (Listen to your body right?!) Not super impressive I'll give you that, BUT! I weight 105 lbs so I'm excited about those…

I'm really enjoying my classes! At level 3 now  I know I'm still a newb - but this really seems like something I'll be doing for a long time!
