Yay fellow Pole-er!!! I also run - did a 10K once (hated it LOL) but I still do run regularly. I also lift (Stronglifts) which I love!! And doing JM at home.... I get on kicks and then fall off a bit but I'm always up for like minded homies!

Loving my pole classes!!! And having a pole at home is super helpful - I would say required but I guess it's possible to not become addicted ;)

Great job you guys! I love seeing everyone sticking to it and making progress!

I took last week off - not really by choice (sometimes life is just not fair) - but I started back up on week 5 (basically doing week 5 twice now) - we're all in this together!

Feel free to add me! I completely understand where you're coming from. You can do it!! My one piece of advice is don't try to change too many things at one time - when I do this I fail miserably!

This^ Healthy weight range for your height is 110-140. Sounds like you're perfectly in the middle. "Fitting in" things is a problem statement. You don't "fit in" meal planning and exercise. You make them a priority. We will MAKE time for things that are the most important to us.

Oh nooooo darn those running man moves!!! ARGH And yes david is a hoot idk what he is doing LOL

OK I'm counting down the workouts left for cardio 1 - if I have to see that stupid "I'm shaking girl" for much longer... UGH and the "running man" - seriously hate those things! LOL Hope everyone else is still on track!

I started June 1st. I have started a bajillion times before and never made it very far. I'm really enjoying it this time. I think my mindset is a bit different this time around and motivation may be stronger for some reason - I'm not really sure. But I can tell you after the first two weeks of workouts I was thinking that…

This morning I did workout 1 for the LAST time! (At least for this cycle.) I've been really proud of my dedication this time around. I know it's only been a week and a half-ish. But I am usually bored by now. Sooo YAY for keeping it up - How's everyone else doing?
-
For an update - I did not enjoy the sausage and peppers one... It was just "ok" low calories though!

Plan ahead - freezer meals, buy what's on sale, buy what's in season, use coupons. Make your weekly meal plan at the start of the week and stick to it. ETA: farmers markets are great!

I love that Dawn says to "fake it until you make it" - that is very true! I practice my resting B*#$@ Face when I'm in the weight room. LOL I've found that if I smile (like I normally do) at everyone then people don't take me serious. IMHO Stronglifts is the easiest starter lifting program. Only a handful of…

Only 1 person has this so far? Anyone tried it yet?

Awww this makes me sad! I'm here - and Sunday I did a massive two week prep to freeze some crockpot meals  - I changed a few things but got the ideas from these two sites --- http://www.livingwellspendingless.com/2014/05/12/ten-freezer-meals-in-one-hour/…

I got up early (VICTORY!!!) and worked out prior to coming into work. Day 3 is in the books y'all. I have to say day 2 was awful - I thought I was going to puke multiple times... I just kept hearing JM screaming (that gif above) unless you puke keep going... KEEP GOING. I made it through and felt better after it was over.…

This is like a life motto! <3 thank you

I started strong lifts about two months ago and I'm loving it - and it's super easy! I've noticed a difference in my body and I'm squatting more than my body weight! They have step by step instructions on the website and a nifty app for your smart phone.

Add me! I'm on daily. Log daily. Comment/Post daily.

what questions about 5X5?
-
It counts... IMHO - You did the work. Might have been more difficult out doors with more uneven terrain but you did it! High Five.

Agreed!
