It's great exercise and a good stress reliever. Make sure to drink enough fluid while riding, and wear a helmet and use lights/reflective gear. Start out easy so you don't get discouraged if it's been awhile since you've ridden, but challenge yourself gradually.

I wonder if it's peculiar to NY and CT? It's a thin-crust pizza with some mozzarella; the (somewhat garlicky) tomato sauce is spread on top. The only thing I can think of is that more oil seems to seep onto the box than on a regular cheese pizza.
