Dunno about that. If you are saying someone on a 1600 calories diet could eat those 1600 calories at 10 pm and go to bed. Another person eats 4 4oo calorie meals throughout the day? no way they lose weight at the same rate.

From what I understand there are reasons for the hood, chains and lack of arms. These things will move the story forward. I think it is. Your daily calorie goal already includes the deficit required for the weight loss per week you requested. Im guessing, but maybe you are not eating enough at breakfast and lunch. You may be operating on the faulty logic of saying: "i only hadba little for breakfast so im doing good". if you have 1400 calories for the day, id hope you diivide them as 400 400 400 then a couple of 100 snacks, something like that.

If you signed up to lose 2 pounds per week and you DONT eat back your exercise calories you will lose more than 2 pounds per week. The more you can legally eat such as this I would recommend. Everything is dry: the cup measurements, the calories listed on the box all dry. If you walked up to a pot of cooked oatmeal and scooped out 1 cup to eat. It equates to about a half cup calorie wise.

I agree, I came close to not logging yesterday because of that. But the knowledge that you have to log no matter what is one of the motivaters about this site. So if you eat it log it ! ill be doing a house to house search, and trust me: you dont want me there! ;))))))

In the mornings definitely eat something before weightlifting. Its not as important and maybe even preferable to not eat anything before morning cardio. Pretty sure that this and my earlier post are not myths. Theyve been accepted for some time.

I think there is a mental aspect to consider which may outweigh the physical. Not having a break in the wall, preferably a planned one, prefereably two may not be the best idea. I dont know enough to give advice, but I have an inkling that tuna, chicken and vegtables are in your near future. Best of luck to you. Its been done before and im sure you can do it.
