I agree - Happiness has to start from within. You can't look at anyone else to make you happy. And you can't think, when I lose this weight I'll be happy, or when I get a new job, or when I get a bigger house, or when I get help cleaning this big house, or when the kids are grown, etc, etc. You'll still be the same person.…

Yes - unfortunately, usually more. But the trick is to write everything down, even if you do go over your calories / points. Years ago, when doing WW, I had lost over 50 lbs, and I did drink all the way through the journey. But I always journalled it all. Now - I am way overweight again, and need to do it all over.…

That's SO true ! And good for you for losing 24 lbs,and lots of inches ! I had lost a lot of weight several years ago, while on WW, but gradually, over the years, it has inched back up. My downfall is beer, though... not a lot to do about the calories in that! jenj1313 - I dilute my beer with near beer (non alcoholic beer). That way it "stretches it out".
