Hello everyone! I'm checking in! Today was my weight/measure day... May 25th - SW 163 CW 156.4 GW 140 Also, I am 5'4" For inches total I've lost 4'5" off my waist! That makes sense, with a light hoop I feel it but definitely don't have any bruising. Maybe I'll just stick to my light weight and change up the circumferences instead.

90 minutes! Wow! I'm also trying to do 15 minutes a day. Watching a movie is a good idea, I typically just sit on mfp and Facebook on my phone lol Do you think having a weighted hula hoop is different from a normal? I'm looking into buying a new hoop but I'm not sure if it's necessary.

May 19th - SW: 161 CW: 156.8 GW: 140 I have been exercising and watching my calorie intake, so far. My main problem right now is I eat really healthy all day long and then by/just after dinner I want chocolate and junk food. Any ideas on how to keep these cravings away?

I lost 30 ibs with fitness pal 2 years ago. Then I went to college and lived the dorm life... so now I have the 30 to lose and then some. Needing some motivators and people who can relate! :)
