I'm having a hard time figuring out how many calories I burn while playing Just Dance. They calculate with sweat points. I read online that 30 minutes of swimming = 3000 sweat points. But I've also read that .063 x sweat points. I don't know if either of these are possible since we all are at different weights... any…
